Can somebody please tell me the name of this film?

It's a comedy. Near the start there are 2 black guys(i think) stealing someone's gasoline and they syphen it and put it into a trash can. They walk down the street and say something like "just act like we're taking out the trash." I think near the end they crash a car and discover a spaceship? can anyone help?
