Obama. Is he doing a good job?

How do you think he's doing so far? Lately I've been hearing some of his plans are falling through...or that he doesn't have what it takes to run a country, but I'm completely ignorant to these types of things. Just looking for some enlightenment! What do you think of him? Why do you like or dislike him? I'd really appreciate any answers. I feel like I should know this stuff! :-)
