Is oven roasted roast beef, better than pot roast?

i usually go with the sirloin tip roast. it's basically the same as doin it in the croc pot, but it cooks a tiny bit different. start out with the sirloin tips roast, beef broth, lipton onion soup mix (original kind) and carrots and potatoes. it is SOOOOOOOO good. your family will love it. put it in the oven when you get up in the morning and let it cook all day on about 325-350. making sure to check the broth levels now and then. the longer it cooks, the better it's going to be!! good luck! ph yeah, and you cook it in a roasting pan. also cover it very tightly like a tent with foil.
