I'm currently a Catholic and I wish to leave the church, how do I do so and what church should I go to?

I have finally reached the age where I am really starting to understand Catholicism, I'm tired of this ex-hitler youth pope and the ual abuse running rampant worldwide. I also disagree with the catholic outlook of worship by means of guilt and fear. I am very tolerant of other religions and of other people, where should I go to church?
