How can I help my grandmother?

She's old, and mobility is very limited. I know she feels lonely. My mother is a housewife and accompanies her most of the time, but there are times when she's not at home too. My grandma just tripped and fell coming out of the bathroom this morning. She has very fragile skin and bleeds easily. Her legs are weak and she has difficulty standing or walking. She doesnt want to sit in a wheelchair and instead uses a wobbly umbrella as a crutch to get around. She's also not very literate. I want to talk to her but I really don't know what to tell her. I saw her cry a little just now when she tried to stand up to take her lunch. She spends most of the time watching TV now. I know she used to like playing Blackjack. What other games are there for older people? No word games please, she's not very literate. She also eats so little. If she stressed? She's 80 now. Is death a scary issue for her? She doesn't talk about things like that, her feelings etc. How can I help her, and make her life easier and enjoyable? Please help!
