Where can you buy a triop?

At hobby lobby they sell packets of them. It only includes eggs and the instructions for making them hatch, but on the back it says they were carnivores so beta food should work well for them. It didn't have a poop sucker, but it was only four dollars. I tried it and it didn't work, but i had the heat on too high and the water evaporated while i was away (i left it at school over the weekend)
