HOW DO YOU FIX A RUINED UGG?

i need help on fixing my uggs. the rim of the boot is all torn up from my friends tripping me. and also , around the foot area its rough and all white from getting wet. please if you have any ideas suggest them. But not if you dont need to because i might be getting new ones soon.
