Mazda Millenia S 1999 - Service Codes P0421 and P0431?

i have the same problem when i diagnosed it it said warmup catalyst below efficiency bank 1. does your car hesitate when u floor the car. they wanted 1900 dollars to replace it but i think its fine for now
