Anybody Know a Bangkok Island Similar to Boracay Island?

There is a group of us are going to bangkok and staying in phetburi for 8 nights then want to go to a nearby island. My boyfriend and I went to Boracay Island last September and really liked it, are any of the bangkok islands similar?
