How big can a black mission fig tree get?

I want to replace a pepper tree in my backyard (damaging concrete patio and jeopardizing water line) with a black mission fig. I want to make sure the tree will get big enough to provide the kind of privacy I was used to with the pepper tree. I know the fig will lose leaves in the winter.
