Question about army compionate reignment?

I would certainly say it is a good bet you could get reigned for it but my question is..can your husband be stationed anywhere in KS? Unless the state grants you full custody and terminates visitation rights, it is highly unlikely you would be allowed to take the children with you to PCS..and he won't be allowed to stay in KS forever. If you take the re-ignment, you will be basically ending your current ignment and unless he gets orders there again, you won't be going back. If the reignment is approved, the military will move you back just like they would for a regular PCS. I commend you for wanting to go back...it would be a no brainer for me as well, but be sure you talk to his command as well as JAG to know what this may mean to his career in the long term and what the laws concerning military being foster parents (which is what you would be, at least for the two older siblings since there is no blood relation).
