Why hasnt my phone come in the mail?

well it would of made sense if it hasn't arrived because they sent it on friday, so it probably wont get shipped around over the weekend, but if you called fedex and they dont know what package you're talking about, then most likely verizon didnt send it yet and you need to call them again.
