I can't figure out how to get the hidden IExplore.exe process not to start?

Okay, here's the deal. Everytime I click IE, it starts another one (in the background that I cannot see). It is definitely some Trojan horse or spyware but I can't seem to find a straightforward answer in terms of the fix. I have Trend Micro Anti Virus, Spybot, Malwarebytes, and Spyswepper, all of which seem completely unable to figure this out. I've run HiJack this but I can't figure out any of the data that is giving me. Any techies out there that have a quick fix would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise it looks like I am off the Geek Squad to get this thing looked at. Thanks in advance.
