I got 1470 on the PSAT, am I stupid?

I took it sophmore year I think. I didn't study for it at all and started half an hour late, because of my teacher. But still, I did very badly compared to other people. This guy recently told me that the average score is 1800 for my school. How do you think I did? (I tried the best I could.)
